Feltuniverse Windows & Siding is a referral service. We help homeowners in Denver and the Denver area reach independent providers who handle window replacement and siding installation. We are the front door, not the workshop.

Why We Exist

Most people replace windows or siding only once or twice in their lives. The first time is confusing. The words are new, the prices vary, and everyone seems to be in a hurry. Feltuniverse Windows & Siding exists to slow that down. Plain words first, then a request, then a conversation with a local provider.

How Providers Are Matched

You send a request that says what you need and where the home is. We pass it to a provider in our network who works in your area and does that kind of job. Think of it like a front desk at a clinic. The desk does not treat you, but it points you to the right room.

For window projects, requests are for replacing at least two windows. Repairs are not part of this match. Siding requests cover new installation, including vinyl siding.

What to Have Ready

A little prep makes the first talk with a provider smoother. You do not need to be an expert. Just gather a few simple things:

• The number of windows or the rough size of the wall area
• What bothers you now, such as drafts, fogged glass, warped boards or peeling panels
• Any photos you can snap on your phone
• Your timing, even if it is only a season or a month
• Your questions, written down so none get lost

If you are not sure about something, say so. A good provider will explain it and will not make you feel silly for asking.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Explain the work in simple terms
• Put the quote in writing
• Hold any licenses or insurance their local rules call for
• Treat your home and your questions with respect

You should still ask to see proof of those items. Ask the provider, and keep a copy.

What We Do Not Do

We do not measure, install, remove or repair anything. We do not set prices, and we do not promise a result. The provider you speak with sets the scope, the price and the schedule. Any contract is between you and that provider.

How We Are Paid

Homeowners do not pay us to make a request. Providers in our network pay for the introductions they receive. That is how the service keeps running. It does not change your quote, and you are never required to hire anyone.
